About Us
Welcome, and thanks for taking the time to visit with us. The Treasure Box, inc. was established in April of 1997 in a 1,340 sq. ft. storefront. We have grown just a bit since then and now have 6,000 sq. ft. all filled with wonderful scrapbooking products. We take pride in having the largest selection around including all of the latest and greatest products available. From paper to embellishments to ribbons and books, we try to cover it all. With a quick phone call or e-mail we can tell you if we have what you are looking for.
If you love taking classes but don't live in our area you might want to check out our class section. We are trying to get photos for each class so you can see what you might like. If you see something, you can let us know and we will make a kit for you provided you let us know 48 hours before the scheduled class date. If it is past the class date don't hesitate to drop a line or make a call because if we've had a no show or have product available many teachers will make a kit for you. Your kit will also include photos of all the pages/projects and just the same as products, we only charge the cost of the shipping. Sometimes we do have to wait for a certain size box if it won't fit in a Post Office priority box but we really do try to do our best.,
Now a little bit about us. John works in the high tec industry commuting to Boulder daily. He continues to learn more about the internet and how to provide you, our customers, better service. Right now we're trying to get our online store up a running since we have many customers who live quite far away and can only make it to the store once in a while. You'll see that some areas are still under construction so please be patient with us as we continue to work on those. As for me (Cheryl) I was a Social Worker doing grief counseling with the funeral home industry before we opened the store. Nothing like deciding to open a retail store! I do all the buying for the store and if you ever get the opportunity to stop by you'll see that I have no self control at the shows!! We have 2 grown daughters, 1 son-in-law, 1 boyfriend, and 2 wonderful granddaughters. As you can tell this gives me a lot to scrapbook! And no, I am not even close to being caught up.
