The Treasure Box, Inc.

Hi all,

If you visited our store in the past, thanks for all your support for the past 13 1/2 years. If you're new to our website, welcome.  The Treasure Box, inc. was established in April of 1997 in a 1,340 sq. ft. storefront.  We grew up fast and went from our first tiny store to a 6,000 sq. ft. store filled with wonderful scrapbooking products.  Now, we have moved to the web and closed our storefront.  The Treasure Box takes pride in being able to offer you a wide selection of products from paper to embellishments to ribbons and kits, we do our best to cover it all.  You will see our website change a bit in the beginning while we continue to add new products and while I learn more about what can really be done.  I guess you could say I'm technologically challenged! 

A bit about us.  John works in the high tec industry commuting about an hour each way to work and sometimes over two when the weather is bad.  He says he is president and stock boy for the store.  As for me (Cheryl) I was a Social Worker doing grief counseling for the funeral home industry before we opened the store.  We have 2 grown children, 1 son-in-law, 1 boyfriend, 2 beautiful granddaughters and 3 ginormous dogs.  As you can tell this gives me a lot to scrapbook!  And no, I am not even close to being caught up.  Our recent decision to close our storefront began with my going to treatment for Anorexia in May of 2009 and most recently having my dad diagnosed with ALS.  Needless to say I need to be taking care of things happening outside of the store and we believe that the website will allow me to continue to work in the field I love and be there for my families needs.
